- Receptionist extremely rude - Appointment times moved multiples times without first checking if can make those times and was told if i cant make those appointment times then i have to wait a year to rebook! - After moving my appointment time earlier I still waited 20 mins past my original appointment time so it was pointless - After all this i was in the chair for no longer than 2 minutes Awful service

A lovely kind dentist and dental nurse. A difficult preparation for a back tooth crown but had constant reassurance throughout. A little kindness goes a very long way.

Dentist was very professional and understood my concerns. Unfortunately I found the receptionist very abrasive and not welcoming.

The dentist was very friendly & explained things clearly to me. The receptionist was polite on my arrival. The only thing that stood out in a negative way was the cold response when i asked if i could pay half my bill at that time & return to pay the rest. I received a very cold no. I would expect more understanding in the current climate. I was expecting to pay for the consultation, but not in advance for future treatment. I feel this should be made clearer to the patient before they attend the practice. I felt quite embarrassed.

How quickly they responded. It was a Saturday afternoon too when most dental practices are closed. I am not a patient at this practice either. I had had a tooth extracted a few days before by another practice, which had become infected. They cleaned the wound and prescribed antibiotics and only charged me the standard NHS cost. Thank you.
