The dentist was very informative and knowledgeable. And described all the procedures and items and benefits. Receptionist was polite and helpful .all very good

Your staff are excellent - experienced and advise well. What is shocking is your stew increase of prices. A year ago a hygiene appt was around £50 and that has increased by 40% now!! The same goes for a crown treatment which has almost doubled in a few years. This will turn clients away as most of us have not had any increase in wage and certainly none that matches your increase in prices.

Needed an emergency appointment and I was fitted in on the same day the receptionist was very kind, caring and went out of her way to get me an emergency appointment. The dentist and the assistant technician were so friendly and kind which eased my anxiety. To a huge thank you for your exceptional care!

I feel in last 5 years that the turnover of reception staff has been poor ie never the same people when you visit. Not sure if change of management is the issue, my last visit found some back office staff domineering towards others came across as unprofessional.

I didn’t need to wait for more than a few minutes. Dentist and nurse were pleasant, professional. Good communication, clear after-care. Treatment (filling) went very smoothly.
