Last year I had an extraction & subsequently had a false tooth on a plate made & fitted at £300 My dentist said the only other option was an implant at about £3k which was not of interest. I was not told though that I would have to remove this plate & clean it after every single thing I ate because the plate traps food underneath it. Not happy about the outcome & now don’t wear it because taking it out 5 or 6 times & not always at home. I feel I was miss sold this plate

The hygienist was both friendly and professional. His advice was well meaning and very helpful. His assistant had a confident manner and a friendly smile that put me at ease.

I’ve waited six weeks for a checkup that was to tell me I need to book in a check that will be in a months time. I’ve been charged £25 for this tOo.

Nothing. Not a very welcomed felt appointment. More rushed and spoken down to. Then listened too or understood. Also child details on system not very efficient.
