Nothing. Parking is always an issue, not enough room in the waiting area and running slightly behind appointment time although the dentist did apologise for this.

Very disappointed with my service today . Don’t feel there was a need to be going back in a few weeks time could have been done all in one sitting , felt rushed . No real advise given and just a basically see how you get on ! Wasn’t even going to fill my tooth even though I was in pain it was only because I asked. Not very friendly . Think I’ll be leaving this dentist now as it’s just not what it used to be. Reception girls were brill thought couldn’t fault them .

First appointment with my new dentist and had a really thorough check up. Dentist explained everything very clearly and reassured me throughout and explained clearly my future treatments required.

Lost its personal touch since its changed hands, purely just a number to the new owners. Felt rushed during appointment and options not given properly, so hard to understand treatment going forwards, just told see how you get on. Went to see another dentist previously and no patients waiting, rang and advised stuck in traffic, was late by 4 minutes and dentist wouldnt see me, made me rescchdule even though i heard the reception staff calling patients asking could they come in early as they'd had appointments cancelled after my appointment time, so dentist could have seen me. Overall experience very poor.

All staff I dealt with on my visit were very friendly, very polite and extremely helpful. Staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. Thank you

Saw me as an emergency, the only problem i had was getting through on the telephone i waited 40 minutes and got through only to be told all the emergency appointments had gone. Went down early the next morning before 9 and had to wait (not to long). I was just so grateful to be seen. They are short of dentists but i think they are doing the best they can in difficult circumstances.

I was booked in (Feb time) to have an extraction and a filling on 10th March. I was called on 9th March to say the dentist was ill and my appointment would need to be rearranged in couple of weeks time and I’d get a call back within a couple of weeks (these things happen). 8 months on, still no call back and so I decided to call in on 3rd November. I called at 10.26am and was 5th in the queue - it took over 2hrs 10mins to answer the call! I was then told the dentist had left a while ago and can’t get even a checkup appointment till next February! I’ve now had to pay privately to sort out something that should have been sorted 7 months ago - a shocking experience all round.

The young male hygienist was very nice and helpful, and explained how to look after teeth and gums. Don’t know the young man’s name, but I would definitely recommend him.

You should also have a space for constructive feedback as you need it. The saving grace is the new dentist however you need to sort reception out. Waiting over 1 hour to speak to someone called number 2 in the queue, still couldn’t speak to anyone so gave up. All my appointments have been double booked at different times. I wanted to sort this out quickly as the waiting times for appointments is horrendous
