The dentist that had my tooth removed was the best of her kind as she was so perfect that I felt no single pain throughout the procedure on like the lady I met before this appointment that did not know what she was doing at all. Now I can say that this dental practice is the best there is now in Wigan and a very professional one indeed.

It would be helpful when you want forms completing via text that you identify who you are - a text with no sender gets deleted by me as suspect spam . You need more than 1 dentist who is available only 2 days a week . In the 30 minutes I waited the dental team fielded roughly 20 calls all requesting urgent treatment . This practice was once well run and organised and that was just over 1 year ago.

My son had an X-ray in summer 2022 it took a long time for the results to be back and then he was referred to the hospital for an extraction early 2023 I have chased them numerous times and been told today the referral has been missed and now he needs to see another dentist again (November 2023) this is not acceptable

The dentist was brilliant and very thorough with my boys and I and explained everything we needed to know. The surgery is always very efficient and friendly.

Excellent from start to finish. The person I spoke to when I booked in appreciated my concerns and gave me a short wait appointment. On arrival I was taken straight in to see the dentist who saw the problem and everything was completed within minutes. All very efficient and very professional. Every credit to all.
