    The dentist was amazing the girls on reception were absolutely lovely Mede me feel relaxed would highly recommend Green & Green xx

    Really disappointed with the lack of flexibility when asking the dentist to examine my teeth. I originally booked an appointment due to pain in my lower left side, but this was resolved by an emergency appointment. I drove over an hour for the appointment paid £25 and was in there for less than 5 minutes, and was told that I would need to book a separate appointment if I wanted to know the general health of my teeth. I did not know that there were different types of appointments, I’ve been coming to this dentist for over 25 years and never had a problem like this before. Now I need to take more time off work and pay again. Understand there are new policies but feel like this isn’t very fair, I would have phoned to change my appointment type had I known about this.

    Dentist wasn't able to give the treatment I needed due to a medical issue I have, but has referred me to hospital to be treated safely.

    My appointment had been cancelled twice allready,over the last 3 months or so ,my new appointment was for 4pm on 5th October ,it was then changed to 3.10pm as the dentust finished at 4pm,and my appointment was for 30 minutes ,i arrived at 2.50 pm and sat in the waiting room until 3.40pm allready 30 minutes late,i then went in to the dentist and was told i was only having a check up and not a permanent filling that had been booked in for over 3 months,i now have to go back on the 1st December at 4.15pm for my treatment with a different dentist, this is not how patients should be treated.

    My appointment was on 25th Sept to have a tooth extracted,but to my surprise was told the tooth was ok just to fill.l filling was pressed into two teeth,took approx 5 mins.the charge was £70,looks & feels no difference,still very sharp,very disappointed.was told the charge included a clean on my next visit,but l wouldn't want a clean with my teeth looking so bad,l must say l have always been very pleased with all the treatment l have ever had at Green & Green, so sorry l have had to complain but l have been waiting approx 18th for this appointment!

    Explained all angles of procedures that where available to me. Gave me options and helpful information. It is very difficult for the nhs dentist at the minute but its not there fault.

    Im a very nervous patient due to a bad childhood experience but the lady today was very gentle - kind- thorough and very informative- she told me to see my dr as the blood pressure medication i have been taking for years is affecting my gums - wish i had known this before - will definitely be seeing this lovely lady again and hopefully rebuild my confidence

    The reception lady was very good However the excess ive wait after my appointment time was not. I really cant see the point in making an appointment and then not being kept upto date on how long behind your appointment the patient will be kept waiting

    My appointment was booked for a deep clean and also x-rays however after the clean the hygenist advised that she was unable to take xrays because she "didn't know how." I returned to the reception to ask who would be completing the xrays, to be told that the same hygenist would be completing them at my next appointment. When i advised that she didnt know they insisted she did. I was unhapoy to accept their word so insisted they went and checked with the hygeniest who, surprise suprise, does know how to use the machine. This practice has deteriorated since changing owners and i would not reccomend to anyone. I'm not hopeful of a satisfactory response to this.

    My dentist care today was excellent. My dentist is professional and patient. He takes the time to check you feel comfortable and happy with your treatment. He also discussed after care and suggested dental products that would be beneficial.
