Dentist explained everything clearly and what treatment was required and why. Made me feel comfortable in normally an uneasy setting.

Reception staff a little abrupt. Payment is demanded before you even see a dentist. Could be friendlier. Dentist was nice explained the treatment and prices

Upon arrival I was told my appointment had been cancelled but noone had informed me and I hadn't rang to cancel!! Was a bit chaotic but the girl on the desk had so much going on but she managed to get me seen too,thanks for that!!

I work myself up everytime i go the dentist but theres no need to cause its always fine the dentist i seen today was boss forgot his name upstairs on the left .

Had an emergency appointment with a infection. Seen very quickly and given antibiotics. Staff and dentist very sympathetic and professional

The persistence of the dentist and her assistant in what is best described as a complicated procedure was outstanding. The fact that a young dentist can seek support when needed from the other experienced dentists on site showed confidence and a willingness to learn new skills. Thank you for saving the tooth even though it would have been much easier to remove.

Late appointment which is an issue when on lunch break from work. I paid for a private hygienist appointment but, and I’m not certain of this, I seemed to be getting used for training of some sort with various of the 3 people in the room sticking equipment in my mouth and I was unable to follow the conversation going on due to equipment noise. A pretty unpleasant experience with little bedside manner shown. Not one I will be repeating.
