The reassuring manner in which the dentist explained all aspects of my procedure, and and issues that could arise in the future. Very professional young dentist.

Staff are very professional and efficient. My appointment time booked was adhered to and i did not have to wait for more than a few minutes. Dentist was thorough and very informative about my treatment. Overall, very happy. Great service!

I was very pleased with the treatment I received, and particularly with the dentist's explanation of everything she recommended. I found her very helpful and comfortable to talk to. In fact I was pleased with the way all the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Nothing stood out. Just didnt understand why a 9am appt was 15 mins late. Then while at the check up, everything was ok but i didnt get the usual treatment (the toothpaste)

Customer service was excellent. My appointment was for 9am and I got there for 8.50am as with most appointment’s you arrive a little before the scheduled appointment but the practice was not open and I was waiting in the rain. I think they either need to make their appointments from 9.15 onwards or open the practice doors a little earlier just to allow patients to get out of the elements.
