Friendly reception and not waiting too long to be seen. Although I hadn’t been for a while I felt happy at the service provided and felt looked after .

Great dentist and dental nurse ,put you at ease immediately the dentist explain the procedure before starting with my treatment , reception staff polite and friendly

The Dentist I saw was the most gentle dentist Ive ever seen in my life and they all should be like him! But I waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen unfortunately.

I have always had massive fear of dentists and, after 2 visits to Muirhead in Skipton, its gone! I think that previously dentists have not left injection time to work. When dentist said she'd finished ... well what can I say.. after a filling I hadnt even realised she'd even started..I thought she was still removing old filling etc..plus: all the staff were just lovely! We could hear the laughter from waiting room during 'procedure'. I admit I hate having to go private sfter yrs on nhs waiting list elsewhere but to come out with no pain... worth it's weight!!

Really good advice on a tooth with a dead nerve was offered the choice of it being removed or just treated , opted for it being treated as I was really prepared for a tooth removal ?

The dentist was fine, 30 mins waiting though to see the dentist past my time is not acceptable in this day and age!

I’d never seen this dentist before - he started off by introducing himself and he was professional, reassuring and at all times told me what he was doing It wasn’t an easy extraction and he was patient and caring, he also explained aspects to his dental nurse as he went along I’m really pleased with the treatment

The dentist I see is absolutely incredible couldn’t fault him whatsoever! Felt completely comfortable after having such a bad phobia of going to the dentist! Talked me through everything would highly recommend.
