I have no words that can describe how I felt when I left the practice after an emergency appointment I would be scared to write my full experience for fear of being removed from the practice There is no customer respect anymore I left just saying thank you I would never allow anyone to be treated the way I was but had to put up and shut up !!! We are not treated like you would expect from the NHS So sad as this has been my dentist for over 30 years and now you are a number without a voice

I try and avoid the dentist if I can but having no choice I was very relieved that the staff who were polite and professional when dealing with a nervous patient put me at ease and I had my treatment completed quickly and more importantly it was painless so I’m a satisfied customer

The hygienist and her assistant were very friendly, they totally put me at ease. Full details of the procedure was given and explained. They both had a lovely manner throughout, and the atmosphere was really warm. The dental repair and clean, were done and discussed professionally. The dentist, gave a full dental check , and explained things that needed sorting at present and in the future. Both the dental check up and the hygienist reassured me of what I should do to protect my teeth. Thank you

I nervous going the dentist the reception staff too busy talking between themselves in dentist room no communication I had ask what plan etc not once was I made feel at ease
