The short time it took the hygienist for the treatment (15 minutes).Thought a visit should be 30 minutes.

I had slightly chipped a tooth and the dentist was very efficient and quick. He solved the problem in good time and put me at ease. It was a positive experience.

Excellent service. I was seen before my appointment time, which was great. Very efficient and helpful staff. Made my next appointment and was able to get the date and time I requested.

I was invited to buy an additional procedure when cleaning was already in progress. I felt it was not properly explained, I was bounced into it. It should have been offered at the start dnd the advantage outlined.

The dental practice is beautiful. Visited sister practice which is just further up and absolutely loved the environment. The water fall behind glass window in reception was a sight to behold. Very calm look and feel about the place. Certainly the best dental practice I have seen in my half a century of treatment.

I’m one to be very nervous every time I have to go to a dentist. Upon arriving I was received with a smile from the lady at the reception which talked kindly with me. Once I saw the Dr. initially I felt he was too serious but then I saw a smile from him also and that made me feel very comfortable. I felt he was on point about the treatments that needed to be done and which ones were the priority. He offered me choices of treatment which made me feel also that he had my best interest at heart. It has been a long time since I found a dentist that made me feel this way because they treated me professionally well. Definitely I was in the right place! I just which I had found them long ago!
