I have been at this dentist since before Dc Bass joined. Now my grandchildren go. Dc Bass has not only been an exceptional dentist, but is also a very good friend to all in our family. Wouldn’t change! He’s looked after four generations and we would be heartbroken if he retired anytime soon

All the staff were really friendly, (especially lovely reception) and the surgery is clean and bright and has a welcoming energy. From my previous dentists I had been expecting a bit of a tooth clean at the end of my appointment. There was a tiny bit of scraping, maybe 20seconds worth and that was it. My previous dentists would spend at least 5 mins and finish off with a polish. I missed this as my mouth feels great afterwards and also makes more sense of the fee, rather than the super quick efficient in and out which makes it feel expensive. That’s why only 3 stars because I felt disappointed when I left. Thank you so much though.

My check up went smoothly and quickly. After my x-rays I was told I had a hole in a molar and that I needed a filling, to which they offered to do straight away and explained the cost depending on what material I got. I felt no pain or discomfort during my appointment and left feeling better than before.

Friendly receptionists, and excellent help with dental hygiene. Was booked in for crown work very quickly and efficiently.

Been going here for many years now, even when we moved as a big family, would dream of going anywhere else. Dc Bass is lovely to all three of our generation, and hope he never retires

Procedures felt quite abrasive, found myself continuously choking as the suction wasn't being handled properly. Had to go back and forth to make the filling comfortably sit in my bite and still left uneven. Dentist said to check on it next week and sort it out next week if still problematic, felt dismissive. Currently my tooth is throbbing, so hoping it settles. Overall uncomfortable.

Very welcoming. The dentist provides very clear explanation and doesn't try to get you to do any treatment to extort you money.

Although my treatment was covered by the hc2 certificate, the work done by the dentist was unprofessional. According to what he was supposed to do, I had two fillings but he "filled" them and yet he left a big hole in each one of them. Now I'm worse off than I was since food gets in there and it's impossible to clean them. The lack of professionalism was noticeable and evident rush to finish the job leaving aside the well-being of the patient. I will have to schedule an appointment that can take up to a month, by then those holes will be infected. I feel like I was wasting my time, I was better before going to the dentist, now it has left me with a serious problem that prevents me from eating properly.

The careful way that the dentist used with me which is the most important thing and it didn’t hurt at all putting the filling. It was great!
