Appointment was 12.30 originally,changed to 12.40 on txt and I was over an hour late going through.at about 1.50pm. Never waited so long for an appointment. Was not told of delay until I went to reception after an hour!!!! All good when I eventually see the dentist.

My dentist was very friendly and helpful and the treatment I received was great. She was excellent with my toddler too! Very happy!

Iwas impressed by all the team who were so well mannered which put me at ease. The building was very clean. Ifound everything was very caring understanding and professional.

The receptionist before the visit was very helpful and friendly making me feel at ease as I was in a state of panic and pain as this was an emergency. The dentist and hygienist were amazing, they noticed I was in discomfort and a little nervous, they explained everything and carried out the procedure. Very nice atmosphere great practice as this was my first visit and traveled over an hour to get there, can’t thank them enough.

I was concerned about any extra I had to pay for my treatment but when asked the dentist she said there was no extra cost. But when I went to hand in the paperwork to the receptionist she said I had to park a further £44.90. This was an unexpected bill and will now cause me some financial problems for the next month. Also in checking a couple of areas where I had treatment I saw at least one tiny filling I feel was unecessary.

Immediately greeted with a smile from the receptionist. My dentist & dental nurse were very patient with me (I'm a nervous patient). They were thorough, gentle, explained everything as they were going along, and very reassuring. A credit to the practice. I finished back with the same lovely receptionist who when booking my 6 monthly check up, found me another 8am appt, (no time for nerves) and confirmed i would get text reminders. Thank you.

Felt completely at ease amd relaxed during treatment, which was done efficiently and sympathetically. I don't know why I was ever afraid of going to the dentist!

I like coming to Northfield but am irritated by my dentist casually arriving to work after my appointment time, causing me to be late for work also.
