The fact that the receptionist was to busy having a conversation about the weather with her co worker and left me waiting for 5 mins before checking me on !!! Not good customer service

Reception was friendly and informative kept me up to date as appointment running late. Dentist extremely welcoming, very thorough, listened and explained clearly different procedures very helpful

The worst part of my visit was trying to get in. 09:45 on a Friday is a strange time to have a door locked. Once I'd achieved that it was plain sailing. (Curious as to why the door was locked incidentally.) BTW my treatment is not finished yet. This is reflected in my assessment. It is in no way meant to reflect badly on the staff but it is what it is. Ask me again in a couple of weeks.

My dentist is very caring and has gone beyond by referring me for neck lumps. She also did a first class repair job on a crown 3 years ago that was supposed to be temporary
