The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The dentist also very welcoming friendly and thorough. Made me feel at ease straightaway.

My bottom teeth were given a clean and descale which isnt normally done. Left with my mouth feeling cleaner and looking better!

Staff are so friendly and thoughtful. Before becoming a patient at Northfield I was so nervous of dentists. Now I feel relaxed when I visit. Thank you.

Was seen quickly - no-one else waiting. My exam went well, as usual. My dentist and the dental nurse were friendly but efficient. No treatment was required. Felt confident I had had a thorough check up and was soon out making an appointment for next year. Very pleased.

Very efficient but had to go back with the prescription as chemist refused to give me antibiotics as it wasn't stamped. Thanks

Going for my6 months checkup was easy and efficient. We were signed in quickly and the dentist was on time. She checked on medication prescribed and for any problems. We agreed a course of treatment and the whole thing was carried out on time and efficiently. I am glad the system has changed wherby originally payment for on-going treatment was taken before the next appointment. It is now taken when the treatment is taking place.
