Going for my6 months checkup was easy and efficient. We were signed in quickly and the dentist was on time. She checked on medication prescribed and for any problems. We agreed a course of treatment and the whole thing was carried out on time and efficiently. I am glad the system has changed wherby originally payment for on-going treatment was taken before the next appointment. It is now taken when the treatment is taking place.

Disappointed that my next 6 month check up is now nearly 9 months away, as my dentist only works 1 day a week, and the schedule is full. It seems there is a shortage of dentists available.

Very nice Dentest bit apprehensive at the moment because of bad experience with another Dentest I’ve seen this Dentest twice now and are starting to feel a little bit more confident

The receptionist was amazing and quick to resolve my issue. The dentist was gentle and her service was excellent as always, she always explains what she is doing as she is doing it.

This was the first time seeing my new dentist as the last one at this practice never made me feel like she was helping me with my gum issue. I had a very thorough appointment with this new lady and actually felt like a patient and not just a paying ‘client’ Very pleased now

I was seen promptly before my appointment time which was good. But on being told I needed a filling as part of my tooth has cracked off I was given an appointment in 3 months time. I was told this was the first available appointment! This was a bit disappointing!

From the recptionist to dental nurse to dentist all were welcoming and efficient. It is also great to have routine appts available on Sundays. Thank you.

Efficiency of system & staff. Appointment was to schedule, receptionist was quick & friendly. Appointment are backed up with a text reminders. Followed good advice from my Dentist which has resulted in better health of gums.
