The staff are always very friendly and efficient. The practice is always very clean and tidy, and they open at times convenient to people at work.

The reception staff helpful and friendly. Dentist and also dental nurse how they make you feel at ease as soon as you walk into the room, listen and help with any concerns you might have. Overall have always been impressed with the cleanliness throughout the surgery.

I live the practice and the staff are very friendly, however I was Very disappointed with my NINETY pounds hygienist appointment. She didn’t do half of what I thought she would and I definitely wasn’t in the seat for 20 minutes. She didn’t clean the tops of my teeth (my bite) and to be honest, my normal dentist in the past did a better job. I’m very disappointed to be honest. In future, il just stick to the dentist doing this for me. Other than this experience and some cancellations in the past, I’ve been happy

I am petrified of the dentist and was in a lot of pain. I was made to feel very calm and the dentist was very pleasant and professional. He explained what was happening with my tooth and was extremely gentle. I was extremely grateful and would highly recommend this practice. Thankyou ?

The guy looking at my teeth was really really nice. Also really good looking. But to be honest if he is into guys after looking at my teeth I’m sure he is not into me. But overall really amazing

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. My dentist is wonderful, she knows I am nervous and takes time to explain everything to me. Very grateful :)

The dentist and her nurse were brilliant. Really kind and efficient. I was in and out before my actual appointment time (due to arriving early) my only complaint would be, when I walked in. I said hello to the three girls at reception and not one acknowledged me. I was stood for probably 2 mins before someone said “I’ll be with you in a minute” but still no one look at me. Paying for a private service, I would expect at least a smile.
