Have always had excellent and efficient treatment with my current dentist . Well organised and has a calming air which puts patients at ease.

It’s very frustrating when there are long queues at reception and then I am late for my appointment. It doesn’t matter if I arrive on time or early- the queues are always long and receptionists chat instead of serving customers quickly

Polite, professional and accommodating. I called as a new patient 1st thing this morning and was in the dentists chair an hour later. Put me at ease, explained the issue in a way I understood, explained the charges in a way that was clear to me. Thanks

Your extremely helpful receptionist was "heaven sent" this morning. Thanks for looking after Sally Assistance Hound and I so well! But please note, only being able to ring (& not "walk-in") is an issue for an autistic person like me who struggles badly on the telephone...

If I could've said excellent then I would've done. The dentist both myself and my daughter see is amazing. He is so very kind and patient and puts you at ease. He clearly works long hours and most days of the week. Yet you wouldn't know this in his approach to clients. Thank you so much for your hard work and your commitment to remaining an NHS dentist. My appointment was on time. The Dentist was very gentle, as I do not like any of the procedures. The Dentist put me at ease. The Receptionists were friendly and always make allowances for my next appointment due to my work schedule. Ive been attending Northfield Dental Practice for years. I am very happy with the services that the Dentist and Team provide. Thank you.
