The dentist I saw was very pleasant and was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. So different from my experience six months ago when the gentleman locus I saw didn’t even put an instrument in my mouth, I felt like I was wasting his time just because my teeth aren’t perfect. But todays experience was very good and I told the lady same.

Got an emergency appointment on day i rung and had the issue dealt with same day, no extra come back for treatment on a later date. The dentist was friendly and talked to me throughout checking i was ok

15 minutes late going in. I haven’t kept records but I don’t think this is rare. Less importantly there is a space on the receipt for the time and date of next appointment. It’s not filled in. I think I remember the date but not the time.

I am a very anxious patient at the dentist, knowing this my dentist treats me with compassion without under mining me. Everything is explained before actioned and i have the control to stop treatment at any time. This level of service gives me the confidence to go back, which is a milestone for me after over 30yrs of not attending a dentist. I cant praise them enough.

Lovely polite reception staff (great courtesy reminder on the day before too). Experience in the dentist was great, calm and friendly atmosphere with very knowledgeable and professional dentists that explain things very well

Long wait, wasnt aware of my dentist still off on maternity, would have rearranged if id known about the running behind by half hour! But when i did get in the lady was lovely, quite happy to see her again, and luckily no treatment needed.

I always receive careful, friendly treatment. The front desk admin. is a bit chaotic at the moment , ie personal details have to be repeated at each visit.

I had little time to wait before being seen and the dentist quickly went through the preliminaries and carried out the dental work speedily and without too much pain. The dentist kept me informed all the way though.
