Appointment 9:15. Wasn’t called until 9:35. My time is as important as the dentists and no apology/explanation given. Treatment was good. Was grateful that all treatment could be given there and then, without having to come back.

Occasionally, we do have emergencies or more complex treatments and every patient is different, however, this is still no excuse for you not to be informed and something I will speak to my colleagues about. We are glad you are happy with the treatment received and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, without this, we are unable to improve our service. Reception team, excellent ??. Dentist needs to watch his timing. There wasn’t an emergency so a 20 minute delay was unacceptable. Added to this confusion on where and who dispenses products? If the patient was 20 minutes late would they have been seen??

Excellent reception. Noticed kindness to patient who felt unwell - fabulous care by all staff. Dentist was very friendly and professional. Seen quickly and booking of next appointment very smooth.

The dentist and her assistant were wonderful ( sorry I didn’t get her name)they both put me at ease it was an emergency appointment which I got with no bother.
