They way she spoke to me has I am very nervous when at the dentist and she makes me feel relaxed.I think she is a very nice person

Poor rating because service has gone downhill since Rodericks took over. Check-ups have been reduced to the bare minimum. The previous quick clean and polish for the front teeth has been scrapped. Nor was I offered a mouthwash - or a tissue to dry my face, I had to ask. Was I supposed to leave with a wet face? Six-monthly check-ups are being pushed, whereas previously they were annual - so potentially incurring extra cost. All this most likely Rodericks policies rather than at the volition of the individual dental practitioner.

The care of the dentist and assistant. Both very reassuring and explained the whole process. Put me at ease and reassured me at every point!

The Dentist found a small hole in one of my teeth during what was only supposed to be a check up but 'X' rayed it and put in a small filling. It made it quick and good and that I didn't have to come trailing back at later date

Friendly receptionists provided an efficient booking & registration process. Dentist & technician took time to understand dental history and gave advice on dental care. Very clean, calm, professional practice.
