Fantastic service - as usual! Both the receptionists and dentist are so professional, friendly, helpful and thorough making it not such a horrible experience visiting the dentist after all!

20 min delay on appointment time but no great shakes, all staff friendly and helpful. Dentist attentive during treatment and responded to my queries or request for advise.

Was told I was going to be seen 20 mins late by the very pleasant receptionist when I got there- it’s good to know if possible if you are going to be late in. She was very apologetic an professional

It was the first time i had been seen by this particular dentist and she was extrenely thorough with my past history and i felt very much at ease. She explained lots of things to me and was extrenely competent. First class.

Appointment was changed close to the date despite being booked months ago, on arrival I was told everything running behind so I would be seen about 30 minutes late

My appointment was 15 minutes late a man went in instead of me at my arranged time came out with teeth whitening package.. (did he get my appointment?) People were turning up and having their appointments cancelled with no notification. This happened to my husband and daughter last week. Teeth clean was very good once in for appointment much care taken.

Good morning and thank you for your recent feedback, without these, we are unable to provide training and grow as a practice. In regards to your appointment time, we potentially running behind and therefore, the patient who went in before you, even turning up after yourself, may of had an earlier appointment and would like to apologies. Also, in regards to patients been cancelling with no notice, we had a technical error on this day and were unable to gain patient information to provide them with notice, again, it is a learning curve and one we can deal with if this was to reoccur at any stage.
