Can’t thank No 9 Dental enough, got me in at short notice as was in agony with my tooth, x rayed and tooth removed within 30 minute, 5 stars ??

Check up and cleaning fine but disappointed to find out that my Dentist is leaving the practice and that i cannot make a further appointment until the issue is resolved. I understand the practice have only 2 dentists at the prrsent time

Unfortunately if your current dentist is leaving we are unable to book a further NHS routine appointment at present until we replace the current dentist with another NHS dentist. There was no communication from the Dentist as to what he was doing. When i was visibly in pain there was no acknowledgement of this. The only words he spoke throughout my procedure were to the other staff member in the room, sharing a private joke it seemed. It was not a pleasant experience.

The reception is spotless and welcoming, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The clinical staff are polite and informative and put you at ease. Overall 10/10.

The young lady hygienist that I saw today was first class. The best experience I've ever had with any other hygienist. She was not only very competent with the work she did but also explained at each stage what she was doing and also gave me a hand held mirror to watch exactly what angle to hold interdental brushes and an electric toothbrush head to get the best results. She even watched me practice these things to ensure I was doing them properly. She's a big asset to your team.
