We go as a family and never feel rushed. The dentist explained everything to my children and really put them at ease.

Received a phone call telling me they could no longer treat me because they were short of N H S dentists 12 months later sending me texts and emails offering private care double NHS cost no thanks moved on like a lot of other dumped patients

Dear Anonymous, thank you for feedback. Unfortunately we did have to let some of our patients know we did not have the capacity to see them on the NHS as their dentist had left until we replaced them with another NHS dentist, we did inform all of those patients to contact us regularly to see if had recruited a new NHS dentist. Patients also have the option to see our private dentist to access dental care should they wish to do so. We are also giving our NHS patients options at other local practices where availability allows if we are still waiting to replace their NHS dentist. Staff are always helpful, surgery is clean and bright. The dentist I was seen by was brilliant, extremely polite, friendly, empathetic (hate going to the dentists), and professional. Only problem is the oversubscribed aspect meaning its hard to get an appointment, but the reception staff always try to assist.

The dental surgery is always responsive to my needs and the dentist and dental nurse are so professional and thorough. The reception staff are friendly.

The staff and dentist practioners are always very friendly helpful and understanding. I know a lot of folks do not like going to the dentist but it doesn’t get any better elsewhere than here trust been coming a long long time.
