Nothing in particular, but staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I feel I am in good hands. Dentists always explain my options and costs clearly.

We were very disappointed to discover that our usual dentist is leaving and that we are no longer guaranteed a dentist!

Unfortunately if your current dentist is leaving we are unable to book a further NHS routine appointment at present until we replace the current dentist with another NHS dentist. We do however have other options available. If you would like to contact our reception team we would be happy to discuss these options with you. The service was good but was left disappointed to learn that I was not able receive my next check up for 14 months. I understand there has to be a waiting period but in my opinion having to wait over a year for my next visit is tremendously frustrating. If you was asked to wait 14!months for your next check up, would you feel you were getting good service?

I was very anxious as I was having root canal treatment, but the dentist was absolutely wonderful and the experience was pain free .He was so professional and I have every confidence in him. He and the nurse worked calmly together to ensure the process went smoothly and successfully. I benefitted from the calm atmosphere and, in this instance, lack of musical accpompanument!

The dentist in question immediately came across as competent and professional and efficiently assessed the situation. The news however wasn't good news but they were able to schedule me in for immediate on the day treatment to avoid any further infection occurring. Still long waiting times for routine check ups but crucially they were able to very quickly fit me in when it mattered.
