Im getting good work from the dentists and nurses here at Oak. Id not had a dentist for a long time but I got on the nhs list here and had a couple of fillings and they wern't the most painful experences imaginable. So thats nice. One of the receptionists is a bit brusk with me and it feels like appointments get handed out on a take it or leave it basis. Having said that the other lady seems nice and quie helpful. Considerably better than my last dentists. :-)

Friendly, well explained details about the work & costs but check up & filling was rushed which did add to anxiety.

I have been asked to leave a review after an extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth on the NHS. I found the receptionist very friendly. The 20 minute appointment given for the local anaesthetic and surgery however, felt very rushed and I feel more time should be allocated. I am recovering but the whole experience was quite traumatic.

Absolutely fantastic service. All the staff are extremely friendly, professional individuals. The receptionist is brilliant and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who needs it. I needed new dentures and I had at least 4 appointments. Every one was done with expertise.

Just registered with this practice, had two appointments so far and had such a positive experience. All staff are welcoming and friendly, I had a deep clean and felt so nervous but the nurse made me feel at ease. I got really good advice about my dental hygiene going forward. Really high quality of care, highly recommend Oak Dental Practice.
