I recently saw the male dentist based upstairs for a toothache, he was so friendly and calming and put me at ease straight away. He found the problem and talked me through the treatment plan and what we would do next. He also treats my teenage son with Autism and is brilliant. I 100% recommend him. The ladies on reception are also lovely, we are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. This is a fantastic surgery, thank you all 😊

Im getting good work from the dentists and nurses here at Oak. Id not had a dentist for a long time but I got on the nhs list here and had a couple of fillings and they wern't the most painful experences imaginable. So thats nice. One of the receptionists is a bit brusk with me and it feels like appointments get handed out on a take it or leave it basis. Having said that the other lady seems nice and quie helpful. Considerably better than my last dentists. :-)

I believe that Oak Dental Practice are fully committed to providing first class patient care. This care started when I needed to make an emergency appointment for a broken filling and the receptionist was both friendly and helpful in finding an urgent appointment for me. Because another Patient had just cancelled their appointment the receptionist was able to offer me their slot with my normal Dentist and I was seen within 4 hours. Although my emergency appointment was only scheduled for 15 minutes duration, the Dentist was able to undertake removal and clean up of the broken filling and then complete the repair with a new amalgam filling. All of this happened within 4 hours of me making my phone call to make an appointment. I believe that this is fantastic patient care and service and Oak Dental Practice should be congratulated for their operating systems and the friendly and helpful attitude of all the staff at the Practice. Many, many thanks to all concerned staff.

On my last visit (21 Feb) the lady hygienist and her young assistant we’re very thorough in their treatment. She explains, answers any questions and is then very careful in carrying out the work. She makes sure by regularly asking if l am ok with what is being done. Stopping to ‘rest’ is not a problem. Very satisfied with the results she achieves. Going to this dentist is a pleasure.
