My dentist listened carefully as usual and was friendly and professional. After a thorough examination, no work was necessary this time. The practice reminded me in plenty of time about the appointment.

This was my second time with hygienist. Again, she was so sensitive, aware of any mini pain I was experiencing. Greatly reassuring, comforting, as a patient stretched horizontally! My teeth were de-scaled, cleaned, flossed, air brushed painlessly. Hurray!They looked and felt so, so much better afterwards. Fantastic patient experience!

I’m always greeted promptly and professionally, which instantly relaxes me. I’m always seen within no more than 5 minutes of my appointment time. There is a comfortable and relaxing waiting area. The consultation room is bright and airy. My regular dentist is very professional, friendly and reassuring. I find the whole process seamlessly straightforward and efficient. Any follow up, including booking the next appointment, leaves me feeling very confident about the care I receive.

I recently visited my local dentist for my 6 monthly check Up with my daughter . He was brilliant as always . Always explains what he is doing and what his asssessment means . It was the 3rd visit with my daughter ( she is 2 years old ) and every time he has been very patient with her . This time she let him check her teeth properly and he offered a sticker after which she loved . She was happy to visit the dentist and said she wanted to go again . Thank you !

I had some bad dental work done at a previous dentist which resulted in a filling being put in the wrong tooth, which caused the tooth to crack and the filling to fall out and taking half the tooth with it - the filling has now fallen out at least 5 times. I have now joined this dentist & they have explained that the tooth is decaying and they will fill it one time and if not, put a crown in. They have also said that I will need the other fillings replaced as they are not right. Throughout this whole process, they were really understanding and explained everything. Both the dentist and hygienist were fantastic!

I was referred by my own dentist for a root extraction of tooth. I explained to dentist doing the work how nervous I was and I was immediately put at ease and the dentist kept me informed what was happening and I found the whole experience much easier than I had originally thought.

Reception staff polite and helpful. My recent appointment was for a check up. I need an appointment on ground floor and the receptionist is always happy to accommodate me.Dentist, puts you at ease and is very professional. I would recommend this practice.
