Teeth and gums thoroughly checked along with x ray of affected area. Receded gums from excessive brushing appears to increase sensitivity

The treatment I received was first class. It was a long appointment and the dentist explained everything she was doing and checked that I was comfortable throughout. She advised me on caring for the tooth until the crown could be fitted and said to contact the surgery if there were problems.

I had some excellent treatment on the hygienist appointment , with a professional approach from the booking in procedure , high standard of treatment and the re- booking of a new appointment at the surgery. I feel confident that Pan Dental will provide a high level of dentistry that I need.

Thorough review of my gum health and cleaning of my teeth. For the last few times I’ve visited the hygienist I’ve opted to have the more expensive cleaning which involves warmer water and powder coating. Unfortunately the water wasn’t warm and I couldn’t say that I felt the application of the powder coating which helps with the healing process afterwards. Usually I can feel the rough texture and taste of the powder, but the hygienist said that she was using a neutral flavoured one. In this instance I felt that the treatment was identical to the standard hygienist method costing less but was still charged the full £75 .

The staff are very professional and I wasn’t kept waiting. The treatment I received was excellent and there was very little pain . All in all a very satisfactory visit.

Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient receptionists. Excellent dentist who explained the treatment I had today and also options for further treatment including costs. Her manner is friendly, reassuring but also completely professional. I would certainly recommend this practice
