At my first visit and examination I was made to feel at ease, the examination was thorough and I was given a detailed explanation of the condition of my teeth, far better than I’ve previously received. I felt really confident in the dentist and practice. The Receptionist could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Overall a breath of fresh air.

The whole experience was from entering the reception and being greeted by the receptionist through to my appointment with the dentist very friendly, engaging, attentive and professional.

I booked in for an appointment to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienist and was told that I would get this for a discounted price of £48. I believed this to be for the whole treatment. At Pan Dental it doesn’t work like this. Whilst having the treatment done and unable to talk I was told that they didn’t have time to do the whole treatment and that I would have to book another appointment so they could finish cleaning all my teeth. When I got downstairs to pay, this second appointment was going to cost £75. So the whole thing, hoping they finish it next time is going to cost £123. Very sneaky and underhand. Obviously I felt powerless and wanted them to finish the job. So I booked in again for £75. If I’m honest I’m feeling conned by the whole experience but feel powerless to do anything about it. This is what Pan Dental do to everyone. Friends and family have similar experiences quite regularly. It’s well known in Warwick that Pan Dental use these tactics. I also asked for someone to contact me to discuss this. No contact so far, it’s been over a week since I asked to be contacted.

Had an initial visit today and everything was great, from the friendly receptionists to the really informative and honest dentist. Everything was explained to me, even the x rays were shown to me and explained what needed doing with a break down of prices for everything. There was no pressure on me at any time and all in all a pleasurable experience.

Everyone very friendly much better waiting area clean and a new look from my last visit. Very welcoming area could do with leaflets out on what other services provided.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. I always get reminders before each appointment. My dentist is excellent, professional and friendly, and explains everything very clearly. I feel I get a very good quality of care and attention. I would highly recommend them as a practice.

On entering the waiting room of Pan Dental, i was greted by a very pleasant receptionist , also the nurse, was lovely to talk too. Now the Dentist, i was a little nervous , but he was super, explaining everything, which calmed me, I asked a lot of questions, and got possitive answers

Excellent service as usual at my regular dental check up. Dentist was very thorough starting with discussion about my general health, medications used and general wellbeing. A thorough examination was then carried out followed by advice about dental care and possible future treatments. Perfect!
