Both my husband and I went for our routine check up today. As usual a lovely warm welcome from the reception staff member, our dentist and the dental nurse. The dental tratment is excellent.

I’ve been a patient since inception, and my treatment with the hygienist earlier today was exemplary. The practice provided excellent care, with a focus on prevention as well as cosmetic outcomes. All staff I have encountered have been caring, supportive and patient focused. However, recently, practice has imposed a £30.00 deposit for hygienist appointments (maybe all?) in case of late cancellation or no-shows, apparently. As a long term patient, who has hardly ever missed an appointment in 30y, I think this is harsh if applied to everyone regardless of their attendance record. Plus there’s no mention of this policy on website (as at 26 Feb 25) under charges. And I would like to know what is happening to the interest on my effective ongoing investment of £30.00 in the practice. If each patient is equally investing £30, what is happening to the interest? Is the interest being invested and used by the business or held in a secure, protected account? Could the interest be donated to a local charity focused on children’s dental health, or a food bank? I hope the practice website will provide information about this issue soon. I’d be happy to nominate a local charity to be a beneficiary of the project.

My appointment was not too late in starting, and the appointment dealt with two things very efficiently. The dentist tells me at each stage what she is doing so I know what stage we are at. She is very efficient and knowledgeable and tries to get to the bottom of the problem. I find that it is hard to get an appointment quickly at times and the prices are high. I find that the new appointment charge is very disengenuous and adds extra costs to the appointment when it is an appointment between check ups, so look out for that

Always pleasant ,helpful and professional staff. Parking easy. Had 2 emergency appointments to resolve tooth pain and extraction. All good, tooth out and pain gone, but must be said quite expensive.

The dentist was a pleasure to meet. Very friendly and welcoming and totally professional. She explained everything very clearly, gave excellent advice and fixed my issue very quickly.

My visit was very good today. My Dentist is so lovely and put you at ease and explains what she is doing as she goes along. Her young assistant is very nice and caring too.

I was able to get an appointment to repair my broken tooth within a short timescale. The dentist was friendly and very professional. The reception staff and dental nurse were friendly and efficient.
