Quick appointment for an emergency with a follow up appointment already available . Such great service. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease.

Receptionist got a ramp out for me so i could get in on mobility scooter. All staff caring and fun. Please get more toothpaste samples!

The care and explanation of the tratment. Also the option of a different local anaesthetic that doesn't contain adrenaline was a bonus.

I went in for a check-up and everything was straightforward. In and out within 15 minutes including a routine x-ray. Staff were all friendly and efficient.

The utterly poor/non existant service when i asked why four appointments had been cancelled in the last year. The last one was cancelled while i stood outside waiting for the practice to be opened. I requested a call from the practice manager and although they were given a message, no-one bothered to call me. Unacceptable service, time and time again

Hygienist nurse did not turn up so had to reschedule . Coming from Stamford means I am paying petrol twice

The staff are good when you get to see someone but the practice doesn’t seem to keep staff. I, my wife and her mother had appointments and we had texts to tell us what time , all good but then we all got texts with different times with no explanation why. We tried to call but after waiting 15 mins (even though we were first in the queue) we put the phone down. When we arrived we we’re told our times had been moved but no one new why. I was in for 4 mins, my wife for 1 and Ma for about 6. £77.40 gone.

I’m not usually a fan of Dentists (frighten the life out of me). However having recently joined the Oundle House I have to say i’m impressed. No trouble getting appointments all of the staff are helpful and friendly. I have had a check up, filling and a root canal so far and the professional yet welcoming staff are amazing. I would highly recommend them and have done several times!
