Very quick response to an emergency appointment request. Both the dentist and the nurse were very polite and professional.

Having the same desnitst through this root canal journey has made me feel confident in my dentist and how she has dealt with my care has been caring and she listened to my concerns. But also making a plan together for this ingoing issue.

The receptionist was charming and helpful. The dentist was running to time, explained what was needed and I was able to make a follow up appointment within a reasonable time.

The poor conditions of my gums and teeth and the way forward were frankly explained. If I have tooth ache I was reassured that I would be given prompt treatment. This was much appreciated by me.

I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of and was given sound advice regarding my sensitive teeth. Both ladies were very professional and I felt comfortable despite being very worried about going in the first place.

The dental nurses was superb ..and made me feel at ease ..i was very nervous . Unfortunately thevlady on reception wasnt very welcoming and i found her quite abrupt when it came to payment
