The dentist.was knowledgeable and efficient, informative and thoughtful. I would suggest that a little more training of the reception staff,ie: a smile and eye contact would make the patient feel more included.

The care and attention paid during the appointment was very good and informative. Nothing was rushed, the whole experience felt very relaxed.

I was seen, 35 mins late for an appointment that was due 20 mins after you opened, sadly I don’t think I’ve ever been seen on time, not in oundle or Northampton

The receptions was friedly, as was the dental nurse. The dentist was very gentle and efficient. I was in and out very quickly.

It is never easy to attend a dentist when you have to have a tooth out. The dentist and her assistant were kind, gentle and informative.

Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Place where cancelation option really works and can get treatment quicker then expected.
