My dentist was very helpful in explaining the diagnosis and prognosis of my condition. Gave me good advice on brushing and toothpaste and the tools required.

I was acknowledged when I walked into the surgery, but when I left I said thank you , I wasn’t answered, the assistant had her back to me she didn’t acknowledge me , I then said is that all, the dentist said yes , I didn’t even know if I had to pay as it was a filling that was done four months ago, I asked the receptionist she said I didn’t have to pay as it was a filling that fell out previously. I left and was contacted on the way home and was told I had to pay.

Had to have a tooth extraction. Didn't feel a thing. Didn't feel injections, had a 40 minute appointment, tooth popped straight out. Done in 10 minutes.Great staff. All very helpful and pleasent. Used to hate dentists but really like this place.

It a pleasure to go too this practice as the front desk staff are so polite and helpful. I wouldn't swop our dental practiciner for the world she is absolutely brilliant.

As usual I was warmly greeted and after an examination of my broken tooth I only needed a filling which is to be done shortly. Would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone as always so friendly and professional

I arrived in good time, I didn’t have to wait for too long, I was asked to sit down and then asked if I had any problems, I told my dentist that after my last extraction I noticed a tiny bit had been chipped and it was making the inside of my lower lip swollen to the point where I bit the inside of my mouth, he asked me if I would like the sharp edge of it filed off? I said you please. It took about 30 seconds to take off the sharp edge. I then left the room and made another appointment for 9 month time.

Just meet my new dentist and what a nice guy, really thorough and patient. I asked a lot of questions and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff at Parkway are very nice and professional.
