Appointment on time.. Courteous , friendly attention from all the workforce. The treatment was administered gently and efficiently, perfect results. Very comfortable the whole time. Thank you.

This was my first appointment with the new dentist. I felt a thorough check up had been carried out in a professional and polite manner. My only criticism with Parkway is that it hasn't been possible to speak to Reception staff by phone as they are forever busy. They do respond to emails promptly.

This involved removing a deep filling and sorting out the problem with the fistulla on the gum. I mentioned that I was nervous about the treatment. The dentist reassured me. The treatment was done expertly and the cause of the problem was sorted.

I went for my routine checkup and also reported a broken tooth so the dentist took X-rays and agreed to fill the tooth at another appointment. I don’t remember her checking any of the other of my teeth.

My appointment was on time the dentist was very polite as was his colleague the receptionist was second to none very professional and very competent as was the dentist, my whole experience was very pleasant.

I think I was given too much anaesthetic as my whole side of my face is numb including round my eye which is quite unnerving.
