Called to bring forward apt, as a problem with loose tooth top protruding from gum. Given apt for the following morning, seen within minutes of arrival. Advised about loose tooth, checked others, booked in for treatment. ?.

Brilliant service, should have been for my check up, but I had a problem with my gums, antibiotics prescribed and no charge as check up was unable to go ahead, check up booked on a future date.

I was provided with an otherwise unscheduled dental inspection for a detached crown. Parkway dental and administrative staff were all helpful and as professional as usual. I was appraised of remedial action necessary and have a follow up appointment scheduled in March when the restoration work will be completed.

Telephoned in morning to arrange emergency short notice appointment for assessment of toothache.Had to make repeated calls as high demand,but eventually got through to receptionist.She was very patient and although unable to give me an appointment on the day agreed to call back if anything became available.She was good to her word and phoned back approximately half an hour later with a cancellation appointment,which I gratefully accepted.My consultation was very professional and discussed options with myself .

I was slightly late for the appt but the team were great at sorting it out. The prep work for the crown was carry out really well and the dentist and his colleague were professional and helpful at all times.

Received a call from the practice the night before asking if I could attend 5 minutes earlier for my appointment. I accepted and then ended up seeing the dentist 15 minutes later than my original scheduled appointment time? Rather odd. Could an explanation be given as to why this was as it hardly seemed worth the phone call and time.
