Probably the worst check up I've ever had. The dentist didnt even lay me back in the chair and didn't fully check all of my teeth. The dentist was clearly in a rush for his lunch break.

I had an extraction (ouch!) and to my surprise no sooner has I sat in the chair I was back out of it again. It was very quick and painless, thank you.

Arrived and was seen quite quickly, my Dentist was very understanding and kind as I was feeling unwell. He gave me good advice, and I was happy with his explanation.

Excellent…Robyn explained everything …regularly checked in to see if I needed a break during teeth cleaning. Suggested ways to improve my daily routine. New electric toothbrush now purchased. Thank you to her and her assistant.

I attended for my dental check up on 26/03/23 early morning. This was following two cancellations - one appointment cancelled by the dentist and the other due to me having previously had covid-19. Due to early morning traffic and road works I was four minutes late. When I arrived at the reception desk, the receptionists asked me to wait as they were talking to each other, so there was a small delay in checking me in. I then sat down for another 3-4 minutes. I was then told by the receptionist that the dentist would not see me because I was late despite me only being 4 minutes late. I asked the receptionist to kindly ask the dentist if they could see me because I was only late by 4 minutes and my appointment had already been cancelled twice. The dentist said no and I was told that I would have to book another appointment. The receptionist said that they have a policy that if people are 5 minutes late then they will not be seen. I responded by saying that I was only 4 minutes late and I was kept waiting for a while at the desk. So applying the policy I was within the cut off time. Naturally, the delay of the receptionist checking me is not something I had control over. Also there were no other patients waiting before me and after I was seated in the waiting room, someone arrived early for their appointment (who was due after me). Through no fault of my own, I was held up by heavy traffic and road works. If I had been very late I would have accepted having to book another appointment. I found the whole experience disappointing and frustrating.

Ciara was absolutely excellent as always and despite the tooth’s refusal to come out it was finally extracted with no pain.
