Treatment wise I have no complaints, very good as always. I was however more annoyed about being kept waiting for over 10 minutes for no apparent reason...

E-mailed practice Friday evening after breaking a tooth.Received a call on Monday morning with an appointment booked for following Thursday.Tooth filled at this appointment.Been a patient here for over 30 years and always received excellent dental care.Thanks to all at the practice.

Absolutely brilliant service from both. Hygienist is truly amazing. Very informative and very helpful in how I can improve my home routine. All staff are so friendly.

Having visited the practice several times, to resolve a poor fitting bottom denture, the latest adjustment involved adjusting and remaking the two number clips. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.

I feel very grateful to still have access to an NHS dentist as I know many people are not able to. Session was very quick however felt the dentist did have a thorough look in my mouth and took ex rays as I’ve not had any done for awhile.

Somewhat disappointed by the ‘welcome & good bye’ Sadly very little eye contact & certainly not a warm welcome… no smile in sight by lady of the left of the counter. I have been coming here since it first opened and have always had a warm welcome by a receptionist who smiled and paid attention to who they were talking too. Sadly not the case today - even had to ask if my new appointment would be sent to me as no prompt by her whatsoever and certainly no farewell smile or even a verbal goodbye Extremely disappointed-

I had a hygienist appointment which was excellent teeth feel mega clean & was polite and informative throughout with ( due to data protection can’t put names on here ?) but she might have a name similar to a Aussie soap star who became a pop singer

I came for a check up and I feel the dentist only looked at 2 teeth that I was concerned with. I am now concerned that I will have problems with teeth she hasn’t checked
