The treatment was excellent and diagnosed, but had real trouble understanding the dentist due to her very strong acecnt, at times the medcal assstant had to explain, but did get the remedy!

After a short wait, I was welcomed into the surgery and discussed the proposed treatment with the Dentist. After requesting that no painkiller was required, I was made comfortable. The procedure was carried out promptly with no discomfort, and lasted approx 10 mins.

Good service, reception busy but staff doing their best to answer phones and deal with clients in person as quickly as possible. Dentist and dental nurse very polite, friendly and kind.

Quite a bit of work on a filling was needed and the work lasted almost an hour. The Dentist and Assistant were courteous, professional and gained my early confidence. The task has been a success and I strongly recommend the practice. Thank you.

I needed an emergency appointment for what turned out to be an infection under my wisdom tooth. I did get an appointment very quickly and appreciated the work of the reception team and the dentist.

My examination was scheduled for 0830 but I actually received my examination 10 minutes earlier. My dental surgeon was polite and informed me of all possible dental surgery I may require in the future. I was more than pleased with the professionalism carried out by Francis.
