Francis is the best Dentist you could wish for. Very caring and puts one at ease. Explains carefully what treatment he is going to do. So that one is aware of what to expect. The reception staff were very pleasant and made one feel welcome.

I tried many times to get through on the phone to book appointments. While in the dentist the staff were chatting amongst each other behind the desk three sometimes four staff. While watching them chat i called the your number only to have it go straight to voice mail. I am sure there is a very good reason why the phone is set on permanent answering service however I’m sure you’ll understand it looks unprofessional having staff chat and giggle while the phone remains unanswered also the frustration of having to drive 25 minutes to book an appointment in person because the phone is not answered. My moan is not about the wait time, the cost or information of my treatment but the front of house.

Great that you offer evening appointments for working people. I was seen on time, the receptionist was very polite & friendly and my next appointment made all within 15 minutes of arriving!

I had a minor emergency with a broken tooth. Early next day we phoned and obtained an appointment for that morning and treatment was started.

Arrived 5 minutes before scheduled arrival time, but felt I was still kept waiting to see the dentist. I don’t feel that this is a good procedure especially for someone who feels anxious about attending the dentist in the first place. Apart from that the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I visited on a Wednesday morning for an 08:30 appointment - i have no issues with the practice, staff or treatment - they are all 100%. My only concern is around the parking. The car park is small and when full it tight to manoeuvre.
