I was made to feel comfortable had an issue with part of mouth where I’m waiting for an extraction so my hygienist was very mindful of this and understood I’m a nervous patient anyway, she was very kind and understanding top marks

A booked appointment for a difficult filling with Tudor was on time , perfectly executed with a smile . Reception staff were very attentive despite the constant telephone calls

The treatment for a filling and new Dental Plate. I am very happy with my treatment received. Everything has gone very well and the dentist, Francis, has done a fantastic job in all respects.All the staff are courteous and helpful.

I was due to have a extraction of several teeth today, but was so nervous, that my dentist spoke of other options that I could take, which I chose to take, he was so understanding of how I felt that I came away feeling that I made the right decision.

Could improve on the reception was phoned recently regarding this appointment and originally booked in for September, When I contacted the surgery to confirm booking nothing had been entered into your system.

All staff are very friendly which makes it a pleasant place to go. The staff are also really helpful,they answered all my questions regarding the denstist plan and set it up for me very quickly with no issues.

Phoned up the day before for my next check up Appointment and was able to get a slot the very next day! Appointment was just before 7pm as they offer late night slots on a few days per week. For into my shift working and was able to get peace of mind for an issue I had in super quick time.
