Extremely kind and patient. Offered alot of advice and explained reasons for treatment. Great with my 12yr old and very supportive.

I liked the on-line patient accpunts as its easier filling in and updating medical information etc before you go to your appointment.

The denist and dental nurse were lovely. Calming, polite and informative. The receptionist however was non of these things. She was rude and condesending. She should remember that some people are not tech savy and can be nervous. She was also loud and impatient. Try looking up the word discrete.

The team were professional and gave me all the information I needed about the procedure. I felt calm and relaxed throughout the procedure. I had a root canal which I was initially dreading but both the dentist and her assistant put me at ease.

Fitted me in at very very short notice for emergency teatment anf the dentist was very skilled could not recommend him highly enough

Friendly staff on reception, clean waiting room. The dentist and assistant were lovely and professional and acted on their recommendation straight away rather than me rebooking another appointment. Really pleased with my first visit there and have already told others how good of an experience I had.

The friendlies and approachability of the staff. The concise information given aboit slternative treatments available and the time taken to be sure we understood these.

Everyone was very pleasant and explained everything that was going on. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and patient and the treatment was the best I have had at a dentist
