The dentist, herself, was lovely as always. Reception staff were not as friendly as when I’ve attended previously and there seems lots of focus on using the online forms to complete medical information and in my case nothings changed so I just left it so that all seems a bit pointless. Would be great if you’d take on further nhs patients so that my youngest two children could attend instead of me trying to take them elsewhere.

We were made to feel very welcome on our first visit from reception staff through to the Dentist himself. Promt appointment time and treatment.

That the dentist spent time explaining all my options and wasn’t trying to rush me through the door , like I’ve had at other dentists over the years , also the dental nurse was very nice :-) and very clean reception area

The staff are all really friendly and helpful. I've recently moved from a different practice and I can't believe the difference. The dentist diagnosd various issues that my previous dentist didn't even mention. All very professional and I'm so pleased I moved.

No long delay to get an appointment. No long wait to see the dentist and good service and advice from the dentist. Very good all-round customer service.

First visit 10/11/2022. Reception staff very pleasant and efficient. Dentist (Mr Ali) did a detailed examination with X-rays and explained the issues I had with my teeth and gums. Both the dentist and dental nurse talked me through a plan. Excellent, see how the next stage goes. I would highly recommend this practice. I’m an NHS patient.
