Pleasant reception team. Appointment on time; dentist went through the check up and talked me through my options for future treatment.

This was a sister practice to my normal dentist whom I was told had no dentists in on that day but my problem was sorted sympathetically and professionally at the Prenton branch

The lady dentists who I saw fir the first time was kind, gentle and friendly and seemed very knowledgeable, skilled and caring from what I could tell on this first treatment.

I was reassured before my treatment and everything was explained clearly to help with my nerves. I was well looked after and the treatment was explained all the way through.

My problem was dealt with well. I was given options for further treatment for my broken tooth wirh no pressure to choose one or the other.

The knowledge and professionalism of the dentist was very good, as was how she communicated things. I was very grateful that she managed to undertake the necessary work while I was there rather than bringing me back for a further appointment. She was very efficient and made good use of all the time available, such as doing the scale and polish whilst waiting for the anesthetic to be fully ready. My visit was a very smooth experience. Thank you
