I lost a gum-margin filling over the festive period. Called in to make an appointment and given dental treatment the next day. Very happy with the timing and the quality of care given by dental and other staff in the practice. Only downside was the £70 fee given that I am over 70 years old.

I felt at ease, and the way the dentist explained to me, about what i would need, to resolve the problem, with my teeth. The receptionists, were very helpful, as well.

The care and attention of the dentist. I have a fear of dentists due to a botched procedure when I was much younger. The dentist took their time to explain what they were doing at all times and made me feel at ease.

No waiting and filling procedure done in a timely fashion. No information on charges for a filling on display in reception - had to query charge.

The speed and efficiency of a lengthy treatment. A small neck cushion would immeasurably improve comfort for longer treatments.
