Dentist was very calm with me after I told her my fears, explained everything she was doing and explained my ongoing treatment well to me.

I have been a patient for some time at Prenton Dental Practice. They are outstanding in all aspects of the dental practice. Customer care, appointments, emergency appointments. Outstanding service given to me and my family. I have an autistic daughter and they make her so comfortable when she attends. Amazing staff. I would never leave them I am a patient for life. :)

As you wlk in greeted by lovely recepionist polite then dentist very polite and his assistant made you feel at ease

The dentist was very thorough and explained everything in great detail and wasn’t pushy about doing the treatments. So kind and friendly much appreciated when you don’t really like the Dental experience. Would highly recommend.

Friendly environment and staff. The only thing i would raise that sticking a card reader in front of someone before they have even had any treatment is bad custermer service and makes you feel like your not trusted x
