Receptionist rude dentist I saw did the work a filling bearing in mind I went in with no pain filling done now three months down the line I'm in extortionate pain Told me next time to have sedation because my mouth is too small to do the work nhs don't do sedation no more so obviously trying to make me go private when I can't afford to go private Tried to get an emergency appointment and she said to call back in two weeks time Place is a joke I suffer with bad anxiety but they didn't help one bit and was rude Now looking for a different dentist but so hard to find one need a root canal filling under sedation they said over a year ago they were referring me to Birmingham dental hospital and I've heard nothing since Place is a joke

I was seen quickly, and the work (clean up and 3 fillings) was exceptional. Very thourough and not a bit of pain or discomfort. Very pleased with the proceedure.

From entering the surgery I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist and asked for my details,and asked to sit and wait for my appointment . Then went to my appointment and spoke to the dentist who said what he planned to do as agreed at my previous checkup, the treatment was carried out faultlessly and without any pain at all. I was very happy with my treatment from start to finish

Everything was very professional and my dentist very calming and personable. Im a nervous patient so this means a lot. He explained what needed to be done clearly too

Extremely kind and patient dentist and lovely nurse. I was very nervous and I felt listened to and not dismissed at all. They took their time and I was so grateful for such a positive experience.

Receptionist is very rude,eating as she spoke to me,threw the form to sign on top of the desk without putting it on the pad to support writing on.Although dentist was fast I felt I had been pushed through without much politeness.I was left lying on the chair without knowing the treatment was finished as he did not say thank you or even goodbye.Will not be returning.

I am a very nervous patient and was treated very well by the dentist . I was shocked to be refused cash payment I was a bit embarrassed as I didn’t have a card on me to pay only cash which the receptionist wasn’t very happy to take please go back to cash and card payment

Purity seems to be going downhill. The waiting area was dark..the place needs brightening up....different dentist everytime. Im considering changing practice
