Despite some initial appointment cancellations by the dentist the treatment and service that I eventually received was very good and painless

Well the communication was poor, feel like ive been pulled from piller to post. Very nervous of dentist not taken into consideration. The treatment seemed to be done to quick. Couldnt get me out quick enough. Not nice

I didn't feel like I had a proper examination, wasn't offered a scale & polish either. Very disappointed with my treatment

Very friendly and helpful staff the dentist I saw was new to me but soon had a solution to my problem and the receptionist gave me appointments to suit my work arrangements

Although I was diagnosed with a cracked tooth and needed to be removed.plus gum disease, It was good that I was given a prescription for antibiotics and also to be referred to hospital treatment. But when it was explained that the hospital treatment may be delayed up to one year. I asked if I could have the tooth extracted together with a scale and polish asap. Unfortunetly I was only offered an appointment for 6 weeks time. So I now have to eat on one side of the mouth for the next 6 weeks due to pain.
