Receptionist was helpful and polite. Quick emergency appointment booked. Dentist was polite and diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication. Also advice given how to manage condition

My apt was on 11/7/34, Dentist herself was brilliant, however receptionist has very poor skills, kept me waiting 20mins after my appointment so they can book a follow up apt which she couldnt do, so i called back later and was told a date was available however was then told i would have to call back again the next day to get that booked. I need to get fillings done and ive been offered 2 days... the 1st is 25/7/23 which i have something pre planned for or the other is 27/9/23.... absolutely shocking wait times, will not be returning.

Very pleasant staff attended to my concerns. Felt listened to in an unhurried manner. No concerns about proceeding with the rest of the treatment plan.

Toothache for months having to wait a total of 9 months for treatment appointment and who knows if it will be resolved then either. Go else where unless youre happy to wait months and months in pain.

Very disappointed I waited over month for deep cleaning but once I get there it was only examinations then the dentist asked me to come back again for cleaning which will be in another month time. This after twice my appointment changed.
